I graduated in 2001 at Budapest University of Economic Sciences (currently Corvinus University). After that I had more than 10 years experience in the HR field, especially at multinational companies, e.g. as Training Manager for Flextronics International and Allianz Hungary.
I had the opportunity to manage training & development systems and participate in international HR projects in Hungary and in several European countries (Ireland, the Netherlands, Austria, Czech Rep., Poland, Romania, Ukraine), and the United States as well (developing global training programs, creating HRIS systems, e-Learning & e-Talent applications etc.).
During my work experience I got certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt, and took part in several Lean/Kaizen projects, one of my most important „missions” was (and is today) the efficiency improvement of the employees' and teams' work processes.
